Add version history for OMERO.server 5.6.18 release

The Bio-Formats bump to version 8.5.0 is the primarily feature of this
patch release which should be the last one on the 5.6.x series - see
https://bio-formats.readthedocs.io/en/v8.5.0/about/whats-new.html
for the underlying changes
